Analyzing the Influencing Relationship between Strategic Awareness and Organizational Prosperity through Human Talent Management

The research aims to analyze the effectual relationship between strategic awareness represented by its dimensions (internal awareness, external current prospective awareness) and organizational prosperity (intellectual capital, agility, sustainable competitive advantage, innovation) mediating role of management Human talents in that influence. Through objectives, pursued through general framework, determining problem asking several questions centered on nature impact prosperity, variable, human talent management. For multiple tests, study used a questionnaire form as tool for data acquisition. researchers descriptive analytical approach influence variables. community all administrative leaders private universities surveyed. number respondents was (94) from academic (dean, department head, dean). hypotheses were tested set statistical tests analysis program. (SPSS V.25).and Amos. reached conclusions, most prominent is existence correlation variables, results showed significant an indirect variable. A proposals proposed, important which it necessary surveyed maintain high interest because their clear providing information assist colleges’ taking appropriate decisions confront changes occur turbulent environment, achieving prosperity.
